About Us
SHARING OUR WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE
BUILT ON INNOVATION
We’re passionate about helping people get the most from their supply chain, and proud to be part of the NRL Group with their long history of innovation. Their continuous improvement approach is how we evolved. Always thinking that there must be a more efficient way to manage recruitment for our clients, and to help them remove barriers.
We do just that. Working with you to take those frustrations you have with your existing processes and create a smarter, more efficient solution – that works exactly how you need it to. Without the headaches.
DRIVEN BY MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Our very first client partnership came about from various conversations over time. Centred around their frustrations of not having full visibility of their supply chain, it made us think about how we could better service their team and provide a central point of control and scrutiny. We went on to work with them to completely overhaul their entire contingent hire process. We’re happy that they took that journey with us, because we’re both delighted with the benefits it’s driven. Unlocking cost savings and efficiencies and continuing to find new ways to improve processes and outcomes.
BUILDING INCLUSIVE WORKFORCES
Keen to ensure we’re skilled to give advice, members of our team have undertaken formal training with the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) to achieve their Inclusive+ Recruiter certification.
Committed to supporting our Armed Forces
We’re proud to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and achieved the Employer Recognition Scheme Silver award, to demonstrate our commitment to ensuring active and retired service personnel are treated fairly and without disadvantage.
Through our relationships with our clients we’re keen to facilitate the engagement of service personnel, and welcome conversations with their supply chains to identify transferrable skills to open up more opportunity to deploy our dedicated military community into rewarding civilian roles.

OUR OPERATIONAL TEAM
CAREERS AT LINX… EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT
There’s not much standing still involved in a role within our business. Once we’ve rolled out a client improvement programme, we get straight on to designing the next one. It’s an approach that helps us stay agile, and ensures we’re supporting our clients exactly where they need us to. Always focusing on making a difference and adding value.
It also provides a great environment for our team to learn new skills and get involved in a wide range of projects to support their own personal growth aspirations. We’re a Living Wage Employer, so are committed to ensuring we pay our colleagues a fair and realistic salary that allows them to comfortably manage their home and family life. We hold the Disability Confident Committed certification, aiming to create a workplace where everyone is given the tailored support needed to help them thrive in their roles.
We’re also a proud member of the NRL Group, where colleagues joined other businesses to complete an anonymous survey reflecting on their experience working at Linx. Across the survey feedback 97% of NRL Group colleagues agreed it was a great place to work, earning us the official Great Place To Work® certification™.
latest vacancies
It’s a full house at the moment we’re afraid, so we don’t have any immediate opportunities to join the team. If you’d like to be considered for future roles though, then you’re welcome to share your details with us and we’ll notify you when roles become available.
We’re committed to managing your personal data in a secure and compliant way. You can find out how we look after, and who manages, your personal data by clicking here.
PROUD TO BE CARBON NEUTRAL
Over recent years we’ve shared our clients’ strategic objectives to work towards a net zero future. That’s why we were delighted to work with the wider NRL Group to assess the environmental impact of our operations, then reduce and offset our carbon footprint to become carbon neutral. Maintaining the Carbon Neutral International Standard is of huge importance to us, as we continue to challenge how we can make further improvements to play our part in building a greener future. Our dedicated Linx Carbon Champion works with colleagues across the wider NRL Group, identifying ways to actively reduce our carbon emissions. Thanks to ongoing initiatives we’re proud to have seen a 31.5% reduction in emissions across the NRL Group since we became carbon neutral.
If your organisation is on its own net zero journey, we’d love to work with you to engage your supply chain and take them along with you.
